- 1 pkt Chicken Noodle Soup
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Light)
- 500g Pork pieces
- 3 tbsp canola Oil
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup frozen beans
- 1/4 Cabbage, sliced thinly
Method:
Combine Chicken soup, 1/4 water, soy sauce, and Sherry
- Add pork pieces and marinate for one hour.
- Heat oil in pan or wok, add the Pork
- Toss meat over high heat until browned, add onion and toss for further 2 minutes
- Add rest of water, pouring over the pork. Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add veges and cook for further 5 minutes.
Tips:
- This recipe can be done with chicken, beef, lamb, venison etc, just replace the pork pieces.
