Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkt Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Light)
  • 500g Pork pieces
  • 3 tbsp canola Oil
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup frozen beans
  • 1/4 Cabbage, sliced thinly

Method:
Combine Chicken soup, 1/4 water, soy sauce, and Sherry
  • Add pork pieces and marinate for one hour.
  • Heat oil in pan or wok, add the Pork
  • Toss meat over high heat until browned, add onion and toss for further 2 minutes
  • Add rest of water, pouring over the pork. Simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add veges and cook for further 5 minutes.

Tips:
  • This recipe can be done with chicken, beef, lamb, venison etc, just replace the pork pieces.
