- 2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Plain Flour
- 1 Nob of Butter
- Extra milk for mixing
Method:
- Pour the milk into a medium saucepan, Bring to the boil (Careful not to burn milk)
- Mix the Plain flour and a small amount of extra milk in a shaker.
- Pour the flour mixture into the saucepan, stirring all through.
- Add the Nob of butter and continue stirring, until the butter has melted.
- Add salt and pepper to tast
Tips:
- Add Cheese at the end to get Cheese Sauce
- Can be used with leaks, cauliflower
